A huge shout out to Rose Letlonkana who went out of her way to assist me in resolving the issue with my claim. My One Plan card wasn't working on the day of the vet's appointment and I had to use my credit card. I was a bit disappointed because the card is the main reason I prefer One Plan. Nonetheless, Rose came to the rescue. Her friendliness and helpfulness set me at ease. I have submitted my invoice for the claim to be processed and hopefully I will get a refund. Thanks Rose!
