Cant fix my account
Every month i have to fight with you people about payment.

I did a double payment for my one pet account on 12 Feb 2015 for Jan & Feb 2015. Now i get told that my policy has been cancelled because i have not made a payment since Jan 2015.

I think you need teach your accounts department how to read statements. If this is not sorted out by end of business tomorrow, then you can cancel my whole account, which is also including my one plan health plan.

I should of know better. Going for a cheap medical aid does help!

17 Mar 2015, 09:28Hello canjohnson,
Thank you for bringing the above to our attention.
As per our telephonic discussion, please note that your premium amount is R370.00. The cancellation date was set for the 01/03/2015 therefore all outstanding amounts (January, February and March) needed to be paid before this date in order for us to activate your policy as we take premiums in advance not in arrears.
The amount paid before the cancellation date was that of R370.00 (One month premium) as opposed to R1145.00 (January, February and March).
I have emailed you the debit order request form as well as the claims departments email address as per your request for your OnePlan policy.
Trust that you will find the above in order.
Kind Regards,
