Cannot handle more than 5 pets on cover

I ordinarily have great service from OnePlan, but I have had a nightmare query ongoing for nearly two years now that will result in my cancelling all my cover. I have 5 dogs on Hospital Plan and requested the addition of a 6th in November 2017.

They just cannot get it right.

Now they rep**** saying "Oh sorry for the inconvenience we will add her now though" But they conveniently forget they have waiting periods and excess percentages greater in the first 6 months of cover.

This is SHOCKING!!

I am so unhappy and really don't want to move to another insurer for the same reasons but I feel I have no choice.
