Cancelling Jesse's pet insurance after her sudden passing 💔
I lost my precious Jesse this week (12 November) and it was the most heartbreaking thing having to cancel her pet insurance because that made it feel so "final". Definitely wasn't ready to let my baby go.💔😔 But Mbali Vilakazi did a great job in helping me cancel Jesse's policy without hassle. It wasn't easy for me but thank you, Mbali, for making the process a little less stressful after this horrible week.⭐️🐾
