Cancelled policy yet money still gets deducted!

I cancelled my policy due to a number of reasons as I was not satisfied with anything. Then you guys had the audacity to take Januaries payment even though I had cancelled in December. I then returned it and blocked the reference number at my bank, however you guys now took off double the payment (R720) for a policy which I cancelled! You cannot just keep deducting money from someone's bank account after a policy was Cancelled! Please sort this out, I am absolutely fed up with your company!
