Cancelled agreement | Took my money anyway | STILL NOT PAID BACK YET
<p>Initlally, I responded to one of their advert placings on Facebook requesting a quote for my two kids (doggies). From the get go the consultant (Jaco) was spot on with all his information supp****. I however was uncomfortable supplying my banking details before I received the information pack to read through thus ensuring that I would be comfortable going ahead.</p> <p> </p> <p>The consultant ensured me that I would have the document the following day after the initial call and after I supp**** my banking details as this was their company policy.</p> <p> </p> <p>I told the consultant that if i did not receive the documents to read through by that following day at 10:00 then he should consider my agreement telephonically nill & void. At 12:00 that same following day I called him to request the information and to cancel whatever was agreed upon.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then proceeded to cancel the agreement yet again after they deducted money from my account after I requested the cancellation.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was then in contact with Attie from the company who promised that my payment would reflect in my account on past Friday (7 July 2017). To date it is still not in.</p> <p> </p> <p>I AM FED UP!!! The service is apalling and the empty promises remains empty.</p> <p> </p> <p>I HAVE NEVER IN MY ENTIRE PROFESSIONAL EXISTENCE HAD TO DEAL WITH ANY COMPANY LIKE THE INADEQUATE PERSONEL FROM ONEPLAN.</p> <p> </p> <p>PAY ME BACK ALREADY!!!</p>

Afternoon One-Plan
it is horribly disturbing that I have not received a call from the managers as I have requested from Palesa this morning.
You guys keep on making promises that this will be sorted out but nothing is being done. i get emails and apologies, but no one is doing anything to get the problem sorted.
I have requested that this payment be done to my account no later than today and not even to that email I have had a response.
I have read all the complaints about your company and it is more clear than before your consultants and your call centre can definitely not be trusted.
I have in the interim lodged a complaint with the Ombudsman for ********** activity in my account.
This will not go unnoticed and I will make sure that many a potential future client knows what has happened here.
I NEED MY PAYMENT BACK IN MY ACCOUNT TODAY!!!!
AND IF IT WON'T BE IN TODAY!!! THEN YOU GUYS BETTER PHONE AND EXPLAIN WHY.
I AM DONE WITH THE MAILING AND LACK OF RESPONSE!
