cancellations taking forever

I sent countless of emails to one plan to cancel my policies. I did not get a response, it has been about over a week now.<br> I then decided to call them, the service is so slow and poor. I cant believe it.<br> <br> I want my policies to be cancelled before my start date as I do not want to go reverse it I want my policies cancelled. I was told there is a backlog and it might take a week or 2 to cancel. so now my start date will come into par and I get debited whereas I expressly asked policies to be cancelled 2/3 weeks before start date?<br> <br> why must there be issues with regards to cancelling? cancel!!!!!<br> <br> I am unhappy with the service and why is the cancellation taking so long? really?
