Cancellation: No Reply to Email & Call Me request

I sent an email on 11 March 2016 requesting cancellation procedure as well as several Please Call Me's via the website with no response to date.<br> <br> I wish to cancel my wife under my policy as she now works in a company that provides her medical aid & medical insurance for her is not needed.<br> <br> I am very disappointed at the fact that Oneplan will contactyou when they want you to sign on but wont contact you regarding a cancellation.
