Cancellation Issues
I am trying to cancel my policy within the 7 day call-around time and no one wants to help me cancel. They are very unprofessional lack communication s****s towards their clients. I am trying to subscribe to a different policy but they are taking too long too process my cancellation and my refund. I have called in but they tell me I cant speak to anyone that deals with cancellations, I have to wait for them to call me. Very unprofessional. I am seriously unhappy with the service.
