Cancellation issue
Good Day , My fiancé Aaminah Small she took out Oneplan Health Insurance in October she’s been paying it for 4 months and there has been issues where she couldn’t use Oneplan by a few health departments and she only claimed for 2 months and when she wanted to cancel they gave her the premium holiday but they never explained proper that they going to debit her after the premium holiday which doesn’t make sense. She spoke to one of the agents and she asked him why can’t she get a refund for the other two months she paid the money she never withdrew from the Oneplan Card he said I can’t get that money only after he debit me from the month of March then I’ll get a refund . Oneplan Health Insurance your service is very poor and unacceptable honestly.
Thank you for taking the time to bring this matter to our attention.
We sincerely apologize for circumstances under which your Hellopeter posting has reached us and we do apologize for the inconvenience caused. We do take customer feedback seriously to improve our service and process to ensure that we meet our client’s expectations as we do value you as our client.
We have acknowledged your complaint and upon investigation, we have noted that the policy was retained with an agreement to load a premium holiday for the month of February 2025. As per our terms and conditions, we can only offer a premium holiday for 1 month in a 12 month period. This is why a debit has been processed for the month of March 2025.
Kindly note that there is a rejected General Practitioner claim dated 2025/01/09, that requires a detailed invoice with proof of payment to be assessed. Until this claim has been sorted, no new claims can be processed on the policy. You may submit invoices either on WhatsApp at *** or via email to *** with the policy number in the subject line.
We hope this provides clarity and we look forward to assisting further.
Once again, we truly apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and hope to restore your experience with our services.
Kind regards,
Oneplan
