Cancellation
Don’t join , when you want to cancel you will write emails without a respond, I have been emailing them to cancel my policy and they don’t , looks like they only want to do write by us when we come to hello Peter and I was advised by most private hospitals that when you want hospital admission you will struggle, Thank You.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and the circumstances under which your Hellopeter posting has reached. We do take customer feedback seriously to improve our service and process to ensure that we meet our client’s expectations.
Kindly note that once we receive a cancelation request, our Cancelations Team will contact you within 5 business days to assist you further. Please note that there is a thirty-one (31) day (one calendar month) notice period for all cancellation requests.
Upon investigation, we have identified that the first email request for cancellation was received yesterday, the 08th of February 2024. Kindly note that the turnaround time for cancellation requests to be processed is within 5 business days and the ticket is currently still within the turnaround time.
As a Health Insurance service provider, we have relationships with the 3 major hospital groups that accept our guarantee of payment (GOP) for in-hospital admission claims. Kindly note that a guarantee of payment (GOP) is issued to the hospital with a cover limit based on the selected cover type.
Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. The terms and conditions of the policy must be adhered to and app**** fairly for all clients. Please note we are governed by the FAIS Act and must apply the TCF policy to ensure all our clients receive fair service and cover.
One of our consultants will be in contact with you to assist you with your cancellation request and communication will be sent to the listed email address.
