Cancelation of One Plan Pet insurance
I just lost my baby rocky a week ago and i was a emotional wreck. One plan pet insurance assisted me in every possible way and i appreciate their service.After my baby had to be euthanized i was no longer going to get a pet again cause a part of you is gone and broken and my Rocky was irreplaceable in our hearts.Every memory still is attached close to me. When i sent in my mail to cancel my policy with one plan pet insurance. There was comforting and could understand my loss.A customer service representative named Melvyn Peterson helped me telephonically and could relate to my loss. Thank you Melvyn ,i appreciate ur service.
