Called the customer service on monday, asking to revise premium payments for my pet insurance. Was kept up to date daily with what was happening. Two days later, I was told great news about my monthly premium . Thank you. One plan and especially Rutendo Adelaide for great outstanding service. Love that emails and WhatsApp are answered within the hour.
