Call centre not giving up
I asked for a quote week back, and the quote was not accepted, yet the call center keeps on calling me every day about 10- 17 times in a day , I had to block them using true caller yet they still adamant to try get hold of me, I also called the helpdesk or support desk to remove me from their Database. PLease take me off your list

Upon investigation we discovered that our sales agent attempted to contact you once on the 16/03/2021 and on the 23/03/2021. We have since proceeded to send communication to our sales department to inform them to stop contacting you. You should not receive any further calls.
