Call Centre Agent - Africa

Good day, I received an sms where my claim was rejected, when I phoned I spoke to a man with the name Africa, he advised me that he will find out by the claims department why the claim has been rejected, as I never experienced any trouble with them. I literally put the phone down and received an sms again saying that my claim has been approved. after the sms Africa phoned me back again explaining that the system automatically rejected the claim but all is in order now.

Well done Africa for the efficient and friendly service. You are definitely an asset to your Company. When I phone in again I will make sure I only speak to you!
