Call center Megan :)

Megan Anenedale in the call center gave me a call to advise me that my hospital claim has all been paid. I then, while I had her on the line asked her about pet insurance, pathology tests and optometry, she was very helpful and did not hesitate or one moment to go out of her way, even if it wasn't her job, to assist me and give me all the relative information followed up with an email.
