Brilliant service and customer care
As the months go by I am becoming more and more impressed with your Pet insurance that I have for my 4 cats. Not one time have I had any problems, from a Claim and assistance to your Call center Agents, especially Eugene Petersen. He is an asset to your company indeed, his friendliness and willingness to help are GREAT. Keep up the good work Eugene and Oneplan!
