BREACH OF CONTRACT
I specifically requested, confirmed and re-confirmed that the debit order date should be the last date of the month. The debit order went off on Sunday, 29 March 2015.

1. Is this the last day of the month?

2. Why does OnePlan not honour my request?

3. This constitutes breach of contract - evidence, the recorded call between the sales agent and myself.

I request feedback, remedial action and corrective action on this matter today.

31 Mar 2015, 08:44Hello 7863s,
As per our telephonic discussion, please note that we have listened to the sales call recording whereby you have requested that the debit order date be the 1st of the month. According to our system the debit order for this policy is set to go off on the 01/04/2015.
Please note that it was in fact one of your other policies whereby the debit order date is set for the 28th, which is where the confusion arouse, however we have amended this debit order date as per your request.
Trust that you will find the above in order.
Kind Regards,
