Brave Nyirenda Unbelievable Customer Service
I have not received such incredible service in any industry in a long time. Notwithstanding the fact that Brave Nyirenda was exceptional in his dealing with the matter, this young man is the perfect example of just what relationship management should be, if this is the standard of who is at the coal face of customer relationship at One Plan, then I commend you on your work ethic. Absolutely blown away. I have owned an advertising agency for many years and brands can all learn a lesson from him. Michael Bender CEO Think Advertising
