Botle Nkele Short Term Consultant
Botle Nkele from Short Term Consultant helped me a lot with a smile even though I couldn't see the smile, she was helpful in my case and she wanted to know if everything went well and if not I must come back to her, which I have to say I wish I spoke to her every day when i encounter problems
I thought of cancelling oneplan insurance but after i spoke with her am very happy and will continue with one plan ....thanks botle and others
