Bogus insurance
They are giving me a run around with regards to my refund. I have claims from the previous year still lingering with no solution and the consultants just mysteriously end the call the moment I give them my reference number.

We have reviewed your complaint and would like to clarify that there is rejected amount on the policy related to a Dentistry claim that needs to be paid back to Oneplan to recover the claim. Once the claim has been sorted, we can then assist with new claims on the policy. A PayFast link has been sent via SMS to the number listed on your policy to settle the amount.
We look forward to resolving the matter so that we may assist further with other claims.
