Blaming Technical problems and not the employee problems
Sort this out today or I cancel and block you from taking my hard earned cash from my account I have been with your for years you have taken thousands from me I have hardly every claimed but you battling to pay R700 Dentistry account,,What has happened to your Company!!!!!???

In this endeavour, we reviewed your complaint and found our records to show an attempt to contact you on 20 October 2017 regarding your claim. We further found that the supporting documentation submitted was an unclear statement. Please refer to clause 1.4.2.10 of our policy wording detailing the claims process and which your previous submissions comp**** to.
Clause 1.4.2.10, "Only detailed/specified accounts will be accepted for payment/refunds of hospital claims (unclosing emergency unit /casualty claims). Statements will not be accepted."
Should you provide us with a copy of the invoice we will as a matter of urgency process your claim. We regrettably have to process our claims in line with our protocols.
