Billed without any signed paper work

Bad service!!!!!! <br> <br> In January 2016 i signed my pet up for a plan. As per a telephonic conversation, they took all my details and said they would draw up my contract, email it to me, i would then have to sign it and we would be good to go starting 01/03/2016.<br> <br> However, no email was sent. <br> <br> Without any written, SIGNED consent, Oneplan Pet has been running the debit order since January. I have requested that the debit orders be reversed, simply because I did not sign any paper work, and to date, I am still waiting for somebody to get back to me.<br> <br> How do you do business with no signed documentation????
