big NO to OnePlan
This is the worst pet insurance ever. Every time we want to claim something it gets rejected. We need to send in thousands of documentation and still, everything gets rejected.
Honestly, We spend hundreds of rands every month to get our children(dogs) the best insurance we can and yet we are getting the worst.
