<div>WARNING TO ALL!!!! OnePlan insurance is a bunch of ******. On 13 April I called to find out what the procedure is for a claim as I’ve Never claimed insurance in my life.... I was told by Thabo that I need to have my unit accessed.
My Amplifier report comes & states that it has LIGHTING DAMAGE which is covered by OnePlan
Today my claim is REJECTED because the lighting report OnePlan gives is dated the 13 April, which is the same day I called to put in a claim...
Long story short, OnePlan will find a way NOT TO PAY ANY CLAIMS
IM STILL WAITING FOR A 30day lighting report. Please find another way to reject my CLAIM

As per the telephonic discussion with our claims department, it was confirmed that we retrieved the weather report 72 hours prior to the 13/04/2021 as well as after and there were no records reflecting that there was lighting in the area.
Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. We will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions.
Kindly note our claims department is investigating the matter further and will revert to you with the relevant feedback.
