Better Service from OnePlan
Posted a review regarding customer experience with OnePlan to HelloPeter - my complaint was followed up by Mireshnie who was very helpful and was able to get my issue sorted out without further inconvenience to the customer - She is a keeper, maybe the rest of your customer experience team can learn a few things from her.
