Special thanks to Thabisile and Anele from One Plan Pet Insurance for the absolute promt and excellent service. Asked my questions via my One Plan app, and with every single question, I received the most friendliest response within seconds! This, on a late Friday afternoon... You both make me love this insurance and app so much!
