Spoke to Riaan from Oneplan Insurance regarding car insurance on my vehicle. Very professional. First person in a long time who actually does the effort in spelling my names correct. Perfect knowledge of the NATO phonetic alphabet that made everything easier. Looking forward to working with Oneplan and will definitely make use of their other services.
