Best Pet Insurer on the Market
Having your fur baby hospitalised is a stressful event on it's own so having a Pet Insurance that is efficient and on-the-ball helps ease some of that stress. A huge thank you to Kim Street for facilitating the entire process and liaising with the Vet (who made me want to pull my hair out). It was a bit of a struggle in the beginning due to miscommunication from the Vet but Kim calmly explained everything to me and eased my frustration. Even with the follow up visit, the claim was sorted out hassle free. Happy to say that OnePlan is by far the best Pet Insurer on the market and I would recommend them to anyone with a fur baby, purely because I don't have copious amounts of money to pay upfront. OnePlan takes care of the payments up front for routine visits and hospitalisation is taken care off after discharge, as well as one follow up visit. #BlackFriday
