I would like to give a great thanks to Anele and Thabisile for helping me wiht my claim and questions, they were very quick to respond and friendly.

I must say that this is the easiest Pet Insurance or pretty much any insurance to use and I am happy with all that I have been assisted with thus far!

A friendly and helpful staff and a very easy to use Claim process, nothing beats that in an insurance company!
