I have been with OnePlan Pet Insurance for many years and have always had the friendliest, most sincere and professional service. From their claims department to their WhatsApp chat assistance and their emergency line. I couldn’t have asked for a better company / people to insure my beloved Loki with. Sadly he has now passed and throughout the whole process the OnePlan Pet team were on the ball and right there to assist. I couldn’t recommend them enough. To everyone who assisted along the way, thank you and to Reabetsoe Letsatsi for processing my claim in record time, bless you. When we’re ready to grow our family once more, I will without a doubt be back. Thank you for everything.
