I have never had such a great phone conversation with anyone from oneplan like i did today . I spoke to Luyanda today and she had all the answers to my questions . She spoke to me in a very proffesional manner , i am usally a hard person to impress but i was very impressed by her today. Took me through the whole claim process like a pro . Thank you very much.
