Best customer service /Brave
I got best customer service ever from Oneplan. I was sceptical that my hospital admission would not be approved because I had just joined in July and I was surprise and happy to hear my hospital admission was approved. It made things even easier when they met me half way with pathology tests and x-rays payments. Brave who was the consultant who assisted me was very helpful and friendly. I made the best decision to change from Affinity Health to Oneplan. I would definitely recommend Oneplan to friends and family.
