Best claiming process I have ever experienced!!!

I was sceptical moving to another pet insurance as I had the worst experience claiming with my previous pet insurer as they honestly made it seem absolutely pointless having pet insurance! They paid less than half back of my claim and I still had to pay an excess fee on top of that pathetic payout! But I loaded a claim today using the card they give and it was the easiest thing ever! The bill came up to R988 before payday and if it wasn't for OnePlan I honestly don't know what I would've done! Thank you so very much for giving me the peace of mind that my fur child is covered should anything happen again!
