Being retired, I am not techno savvy
Being retired, I am not techno savvy. Wisane advised me on how to forward the required documents. He was courteous and very patient. I have been with One plan since June 2023 and have never experienced any issues. On point each time we experience health issues. It is affordable, and we plan to upgrade our policy with them. Best health insurer by far.
