Been debited after cancellation

I transferred money 9into my bank account only to realize there was practically nothing left when I needed to do a small transaction. On investigation once I drew a bank statement I noticed 12 amounts of bank charges for R115.00 insufficient funds - 5 transactions in one day.
I contacted one plan and was assured my health Plan was no longer active and had been cancelled.no sooner had it been confirmed when they withdrew money from my account again which I had reversed. Not even a week later I received another sms for another debit. I contacted the bank again for a reversal only to hear from the assistant they had put 2 debits through my accounts amounting to over R1500.00 with the 3 debits after it was confirmed the account had been cancelled.
I want a refund of all bank fees charged from debits repeatedly being put through when there were no funds in the account. how can you put 5 debits through in one day.
How many times must I reverse debits from One Plan and they put different amounts through.
I also get 100's of e-mails from them which I cannot block as each one has a different number on the mail.

Hello charms777,

Thank you for bringing the above to our attention.

As per our telephonic discussion, please note that your Oneplan policy is cancelled, however as requested a sales agent will contact you to take out a new policy.

With regards to the debits, please note that the reason for multiple debits is due to you having two policies with us.

I trust that the above query has now been resolved and we look forward to providing you with spectacular service going forward.

We do apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused to you.

Trust that you will find the above in order.

Kind Regards,
Shanice Maistry
