Be sick is always such a drag, getting authorisation from your medical aid is the last thing you have strength for. But not with One Plan. Their Whats App chat is sooo Awesome. They are really friendly and helpful. Just like their employee Shari Govender, so helpful and sincerely heart full humam. Going far above her needs. Thank you Shari for giving us such great service
