Be careful!
Had to claim on two seperate medical events on 18th July and 28th July, and they are saying these are related events, even though I have letter from Vet confirming they are two very seperate events, and in their own policy wording it states the following "The fourteen (14) day waiting period will not apply to unrelated conditions." - I have lodged a formal complaint and will be going to Ombudsman should this not be resolved.
