Bad Services will not recommend One Pet

I will not recommend one pet as the service is terrible.When you join they make empty promises,what they offer&what you get are two different things.I joined them about 3 years ago and since then I just had issues with them.They are first in line to take your money,but when your animal is sick they just don't care.<br> 1.I have a Daschund, when I joined I confirmed they do cover the back&spinal cord,when we suspected back problems they refused to pay & said the T&C's have changed.2. Last year I had a claim,did the pre-auth etc. after a few days got a mail I have to pay all the money back claim rejected.Problem:there system wasn't up to date with my dog's information.3 About 3 weeks ago my dog got sick again- took her to vet,after I got Auth. I told them she's limp & have to go for x-rays,get medication & obviously consulting fee,firstly they refused to pay for all 3 claims.What the HELL?Why do I have medical aid for my dog?They paid out R 700 (Consulting & x-rays) got a message from them I have to pay back R 599.00 they only cover R 101.After it cost me R 3300 Please don't make the same mistake as me- cancel your One Pet medical aid because when you need them they won't help your pet.
