Bad service Oneplan
Ive been a client of Oneplan more almost 10 years. The past few years has the services worsen and I ended up paying for my script medication out of my own pocket. Halfway through the year, whenI want to claim for my script meds they will send a message saying 'you have reached your annual limit'. My script meds per month is R95. When I wanted to claim for over the counter meds, the same message willbe sent to me. I ended up paying 1505 pm for nothing and still needed to pay for Dr fees, medicine etc out of my own pocket. I wouldn't suggest oneplan to anyone. They are just taking yout money for nothing and you still need to pay for medical things out of your own pocket.

For over-the-counter medication, claims can only be made once per year. Scripted medication can be claimed up to three times within each policy year. According to our records, since your last renewal, you have already made three claims for scripted medication.
Our health insurance covers benefits up to the limits specified in your policy documents. The premium you pay covers a range of benefits, including hospital cover and various day-to-day expenses, not just medication claims.
