bad service one plan pet insurance
i cancelled my pet policy within the 7 days cooling off period for various reasons and received the confirmation thereof however its been over a week since promised that i would receive my premium refund and still have not. secondly i rejected my debit order on debicheck yet it shows that my next debits will be deducted. i have emailed and had no reply from an agent.
