Bad service

Been trying to get funds loaded on the card. I was told to load 24 hrs before vet visit. No such thing happened. 4 days later and vet still not paid. I called yesterday where they promised R1500 would be loaded and I have 48 hrs to use the card before it is returned. I'm at the vet now, less than 24 hrs and card declined due to no funds. So what am I paying them for every month? I'm really mad and disappointed.
