Bad service

Very disappointed with one plan they don't miss their debit I,ve been with them since 2016 but when u in need of their help they treat u as if u owing or u asking favor to them my first incident was ambulance payment which I end up paying it from my own pocket as they say it was not a life threatening situation i paid for ambulance second i got prescription from the doctor they load money to my card for medication after I was terrible sick n called them to load Gp fund but they say no bcoz my prescription was not approved bcoz they don't cover the med I took so they won't load fund for me to see the doctor I have to pay for my prescription first before they load money for me to see the doctor but every month this guys they took their debit i never miss any payment but what I'm getting at the and is **** service from One plan I'm not happy at all they only think for them self they don't care about ppl life at all u sick and they sending u pillor to post as if u loaning money from them which is something you paid for flipping 4 years i was paying for nothing they gaining
