BAD SERVICE!!!
One Plan Refusing to pay a claim that was sent in May 2019!!! I have sent 43 emails up to date and a different story every day, numerous calls and also a different story every day!!! Then approved, then they don't know anything about the claim, then emails not received after tickets numbers were issued and they acknowledged receipt of mail, so what now???? Pumla and Larnell please assist as you know exactly about this claim!!!
