Bad service
Very disappointed - I called in advance to clear my pets visit to the vet, and now that the bill is due they want to throw T&Cs at me that the amount is not covered even though I followed their instructions to the letter! Unacceptable!

We truly sympathize with the situation and the discomfort that Bernard has experienced.
Kindly note for a claim to be covered on the hospital plan, the claim invoice should indicate that there was an admission in hospital with an overnight stay or treatment or procedure done in the vet hospital.
The services rendered on the invoice fall under the vet visit cover limit which have been covered up to the cover limit of R1200 on the Classic plan. This is in line with our policy terms and conditions.
