Bad service

My parents and I have never had such a bad experience ever since we have been on one plan they are terrible with there admin every time you use the doc there is some admin problems, I have not used my plan for a whole year then I get a mail saying my account is in arrears once you call they say o Rory it's a admin problem on there Side or sorry it's a system problem or it's a technical problem but for as long as it shows a error on there side and we are in a accident they won't cover due to there system that's not in order.<br> Disgusted
