Bad Service

To the consultants and team leaders ( of your cancellations and customer service department) that lie even on recorded telephone calls of this pathetic and completely *********** company that I wish I can call them out by name!!! I am still awaiting for your call that was supposed to be this morning at 10:00 am. I've practically been begging you to resolve this. No one except myself does follow ups with you. I've been patient enough and I still get horrible service. Oneplan you're disappointing and I feel that you are taking your own precious time on this matter. I better receive a call from you with the news that I've been expecting about my refund.
