Bad service

I called today One plan to arrange that money must be put on my card so that I can take my wife to the doctor.l spoke to a guy he was very helpful go the extra mile to phone my wife and get the details of the card.When he could not get hold of me I phoned back to find out that the card they send me is not on there sistem.So now I can not take my wife to the doctor.I asked to speak to a supervisor Lorrain Mmpelwa could not speak to her because she was busy at that moment.This is now the second time that I have a problem with one plan.They already received my payments.Tommorrow morning I want an executive to phone me regarding this matter of mine.My wife can now not go to the doctor because of this <br> What if my kids get sick at night. This service is bad of oneplan
