Bad servcie
I have been with One Plan Pet Insurance for over 3 years now. during the initial world the consultant promised me that my premium would be as low as possible but that my pets would be covered for accident and illness. Throughout the years, my pets being pets have had afew incidents that needed veterinarian attention and out of the numerous occasions only once have I been refunded by One Plan. Their excuse always relates back to the policy wording which is ridiculous and at the end of the day does not cover my furbabies for anything. The responses are never empathetic in the slightest of ways, the communication is as personal as talking to a brick wall and the willingness to assist is non existant. I will never ever recommend them to anybody as I wouldn't want anyone to have to deal with this low level of service. Worst decision I ever made for my furbabies and I am so cross at the amount of money I have effectively thrown down the drain! Sadly, they have lost a good customer and I will make sure none of my friends of family will sign up with them in future.
Thank you for taking our calls and allowing us the opportunity to the clarify on the matter.
For a claim to be covered on the hospital plan, the claim invoice should indicate that there was an admission in hospital with an overnight stay or treatment or procedure done in the vet hospital.
The services rendered on the invoice fall under the vet visit cover limit which would have been covered on our comprehensive Classic and Super plan up to their respective cover limits as there was just a consultation and medication dispensed by the vet. This is in line with our policy terms and conditions.
Kind Regards
