BAD MEDICAL AID

This medical aid, offers nothing to its customers, every claim, there is a reason for not paying out. A medical aid is exactly that an aid to help pay medical bills. I have been paying this medical aid for 2 years and have only been paid out twice. I then get an sms from them telling me that i owe them R200, I owe them what...? A laughting matter, I pay my installments every month, I can never claim, I then get told that I owe them R200, for what I ask and get no response, then find that my account as been debited with R200. No explaination nothing. Please be careful with the medical aid you choose as they take your money and give you nothing back. I will be cancelling my membership immediately.
